THE BIRTH OF A VISION

In the fall of 2008 – two families north of the border in Canada were feeling called and moved by the spirit of God to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas to plant an urban Church in the downtown core of the city!  Lots of vision, lots of excitement mixed with huge risk and faith began to stir as plans were put in motion to develop a core team to bring the love of God to the heart of Fort Worth.

A handful of couples began meeting, praying and dreaming of what a church that loves with no borders could look like in an urban setting. The plan was simple: lets open a coffee shop with emphasis on great music, community and love and see what happens.

After just over a year, City Life Center purchased a building, renovated, built their core team and are now in their building in dowtown Fort Worth.  The place is amazing!  Come see what God is doing at 915 Florence St.
