Worship

Over and over again visitors and long-time members of Bethesda Community Church are quick to comment on the awesome music and worship they experience during every service. The choir and orchestra, under the direction of J. Daniel Smith, play a major role in preparing the hearts of worshipers to receive God’s message.

We love our choir and the great thing is that auditions are not required to sing in the choir.  The only we require is that you love the Lord and you love to sing!  So join us every Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm.  Orchestra rehearsals are every Sunday morning starting at 9 a.m.

Some of Bethesda’s major annual musical events include:
  • Easter Sunday
  • Our Patriotic Celebration - in honor of July 4th,
  • The Missions Musical (usually held during the month of August),
  • Christmas Concert (historically scheduled the first weekend in December)
  • New Year's Eve Service

Our congregation, together with our community, look forward to these annual events. They are considered a special family treat, as well as another great opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to join in for a meaningful time of praise and worship to our Lord.
